Private league tool
Keeper management and league history for a twelve-team Yahoo fantasy football league, now in its tenth season.
Our league keeps players year to year under rules Yahoo cannot express, so the bookkeeping has always lived in a spreadsheet maintained by hand. This replaces it: keeper eligibility and cost are derived from what actually happened in the league — every draft, every trade, every waiver claim.
League history is read from the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API and cached locally. From draft results and the full transaction log it reconstructs every player's tenure — who acquired them, how, when, and at what cost — then applies the rules above to show each manager their legal keeper options and what each one would cost them on draft day.
Yahoo shows a season well and ten seasons poorly. The rest of the work is the record our league has never been able to see:
The keeper board is running against a synthetic league — generated history put through the real rules engine — while API access is pending.
